We allocate flexible hours to the move and can tailor them to focus on the most important needs of the family – be it housing, schooling, insurance, banking, outdoor life, child care, or others.

House Hunting

HARMELING CONSULTANCY will assist you to find a house that fits your requirements. It involves the process of settling you down and making your house into your home. This process involves but is not limited to:

  • Studying your housing requirements based on your needs and budget.
  • Practical advice on the areas best suited.
  • Organize and accompany you on your house visits.
  • Agree on the terms of the tenancy agreement.
  • Assist you to complete your application with the real estate agency.
  • Assist you with the Etat de lieux (moving in inspection).
  • Liaising with the movers.
  • Assist you with all-important administrative formalities such as cantonal office, electricity, telephone/internet, insurance, etc.
